If you are paying for your order using a bank transfer, we will provide the details of our bank account in the final step of your purchase journey.
Please make sure that:
- you have sent the transfer from your own bank account
- you've included the reference number we gave you
- you've sent the exact amount for your purchase order (including fees)
- you've used "Moon Pay Limited" as a beneficiary name
If any of these fields are incorrect, your purchase will be rejected and your bank transfer refunded.
